Hydraulic Motor Controller (HMC05 & HMC05C)
The HMC05 is an advanced secondary Hydraulic Motor Controller designed for use in winches, tensioners, and cranes. This fifth-generation controller can operate up to 16 motors in parallel, with a total power capacity of up to 12 MW. The system accelerates to top speed with full torque buildup in less than 100 milliseconds and ensures stability without adding extra mass.
The HMC05C is a more compact version offering the same functionality, specifically developed for retrofitting into smaller enclosures. Both versions feature an independent safety system and various settings for speed and voltage control. To simplify installation, a web interface has been designed, providing extensive monitoring and configuration capabilities.
Measurement Pin Amplifier (MPA)
This 7th generation Measurement Pin Amplifier is a compact yet advanced amplifier used in load cells to optimize the safety and controllability of offshore cranes. Thanks to its high accuracy, with a deviation of less than 0.1%, the amplifier can be used without calibration. The system is equipped with both analog and digital interfaces and meets the highest safety standards with an ATEX-certified explosion-proof design and SIL2 certification.
Hydraulic Proportional Valve Amplifier (HPVA)
The HPVA is a compact amplifier used worldwide in hydraulic systems for winches, tensioners, and crane and pipelaying applications. The integrated web interface enables real-time monitoring and easy configuration, contributing to efficient and precise control of hydraulic proportional valves.
